Ardo makes great products with Moms in mind! This pump is small (about the same size as a kiinde twist pouch) and has a rechargeable battery that lasts a long time. I think I only charge it once or twice a week with 2 to 3 pump sessions a day. The battery makes it perfect for pumping at work or home. The charger uses a standard usb c connection and wall adaper with a reasonable length of cable. The pump also has a convenient cover for the charging port.

Compact & light. My Ardo breastpump has been to the beach, it’s been to restaurants, planes, car journeys, you name it. You need to have something that is effective but can fit in your handbag / nappy bag easily. The pumping phases and pauses are predefined which helps to simplify the process, but you can adjust the vacuum & cycle settings in the stimulation & expressing modes to your comfort at any time. However, the fact is I don’t believe it is sufficient for exclusive pumping. If you are someone who knows you respond better to less powerful pumps like the Medela Freestyle Flex pump, and have exclusively pumped with pumps with a similar motor life/power, then it could work well for you.

The only negative I have is the power button. I without a doubt accidentally turn the pump on every time I move it. I need to train myself to hold the pump differently. The buttons are a touch and hold which took a second to figure out but I love knowing that it won’t turn on accidentally in my bag.
