I've never actually seen this film from start to finish, I think I had caught bits of it when it was on tv before but I remember seeing the movie poster as a kid and thought how cool and it was, while freaking me out at the same time. His face lights up when he talks about Fright Night, with a bust of Amy’s head in hand and props staged around him. At first, neither his girlfriend, Amy (Amanda Bearse), nor his best friend, Evil Ed (Stephen Geoffreys), believe him, nor local TV horror host, Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall), to whom he appeals for advice and assistance.

Blue Underground has officially announced the 10/25 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray Combo and DVD release of Jens Jørgen Thorsen’s Quiet Days in Clichy (1970), based on the novel by Henry Miller. Another standout is the 45-minute conversation between queer director Bryan Fuller and Amanda Bearse, who plays Amy. The release will feature a new 4K scan of the recently-discovered uncut and uncensored original fine-grain negative, with Dolby Vision HDR and DTS-HD Master Audio.image comes with appreciable depth and a lovely cinematic quality, making for a fantastic and worthwhile upgrade of a cult favorite. The occasional moments of softness are to be expected for a film of this vintage and when taking into consideration the photographic style of Jan Kiesser.
